A TYPICAL CYCLE & FEEDING AUTOMATION

Standard Cycle Performance:

60 KW Induction Heater, 30mm dia x 72 mm length of steel blanks weighing approximately 400 gms heating up to 1100° C, production rate being 240 pcs/hr.

  • Automated Vibratory Bowl: Billets are loaded in bulk into the heavy-duty vibratory bowl, automatically aligned, and indexed into the induction heating tunnel.
  • Continuous 100% Duty Cycle: Solid State RF & IGBT power units operate round-the-clock without thermal drop.
  • Rapid Through-Heating: Reaches forging temperature (1100°C) with exceptional uniformity from surface to center core.
  • Minimum Scale Loss: Rapid heating dramatically curtails oxidation, preserving alloy chemistry and significantly boosting forging die life.
